OVERVIEW
Blueman wants interns who just dive in and get things done—no endless questions, just action. Some days you’re setting up desks; other days, you’re doing something totally bizarre, like feeding a demon or making sure everyone else is actually working. During probation, you climb one floor at a time, and each floor throws a new “big deal” task at you. Suddenly, it’s your problem to solve. Do a good job, and maybe, someday, you’ll be the one calling the shots.
You’re the intern who catches all the busywork—everything from basic chores to wild assignments that can flip an entire department on its head. Forget boring, repetitive tasks. Every floor is its own little game, each with weird, new rules to figure out. There’s no room for error. Mess up once, and you have to start over. So you really need to pay attention, kind of like a real job where people expect you to be perfect, but no one actually tells you what’s going on.
