Yo dude check it out. There’s this crazy island in the Seto Inland Sea where if you complete this super ancient pilgrimage to all these temples, this monk dude named Kukai might grant your wish.
But get this—our main bro rolls up there and suddenly gets cursed by some spooky thing! Now he’s gotta stop this ancient evil from coming back to life and break this curse that’s messing with his life, bro!
When you’re playing, you gotta answer questions to beef up your stats, and there are these sick dice rolls to see if you make it through the tough spots. Oh, and don’t forget, your hunger level messes with your chances, so watch out for that curse, buddy!
In addition, your decisions totally change how the story goes, especially how sane you stay and who you buddy up with. There’s this friend who’s into all kinds of creepy stuff like horror and urban legends and another dude who’s a total genius but spends all his time on horse racing and mahjong. You may also be interested in the game Templar 2.
And then there’s this island girl who’s never left and is dreaming of city life, and this mysterious guy who claims you’re his “chosen one” but seems shady AF.
