OVERVIEW
Escape from Ever After throws you into a wild RPG adventure, taking cues from the classic Paper Mario games. Here, fairy tale and storybook characters aren’t just fighting dragons—they’re up against greedy corporations. At the center of it all is Flynt Buckler, your classic brave hero, gearing up for a showdown with his old rival, a dragon named Tinder. But when he finally storms her castle, he finds something way stranger than a fire-breathing enemy. The place isn’t a lair anymore—it’s a maze of dull office buildings. No dragon. Just exhausted workers running on coffee and buried in paperwork. Flynt stands there, stunned, asking himself what on earth happened.
It doesn’t take long for the real villain to show up: Ever After Inc., a company from the real world that’s barged into storybooks to squeeze out every last cent. They’ve turned the castle into their headquarters, and they’re set on taking over every fairy tale they can get their hands on. So Flynt does the only thing he can—he joins their ranks. Weirdly enough, he ends up teaming up with Tinder, his old nemesis. The two of them go undercover, climbing the corporate ladder together, plotting to take Ever After Inc. down from the inside and win back their world.
