For the first time, international competitions are in the mix, along with a bunch of new management features. Footballers all get a nationality attribute now, and that actually matters — their citizenship decides which national team they can play for.

Over on the club side, things get smarter too. You can loan out your players and snag promising young talents in return. There’s even a new automatic transfer search tool, so you can find players who fit your needs without tediously checking every single club by hand.
