Edmund McMillen and Tyler Glaiel, the folks behind hits like The Binding of Isaac and Super Meat Boy, made this game. It’s a clever roguelite where you round up a bunch of cats and send them out to hunt for food, cash, and treasure. The whole point? Keep training your cats so they get stronger, and eventually you build the ultimate team.
You’re dropped into Boon County in The Cat Loop. Each day, you choose cats from your growing collection at home and give them collars—stuff like Fighter, Tank, or Mage. After that, it’s time to send your furry crew into turn-based battles. You have to think about where each cat stands, set up wild power combos, and use whatever’s around you to win.
