Project Borealis: Prologue is like this sick fan-made game that takes the OG Half-Life series and gives it a fresh spin. We’re talking Ravenholm, but this time it’s all snowy and icy, with modern graphics that make everything pop. It’s like going back to those creepy streets, but it’s got a whole new vibe now.
It’s set before the actual Project Borealis stuff goes down, so it’s kinda like getting a sneak peek into what’s coming. It feels like a dream come true for Half-Life fans. The people behind it are Icebreaker Industries LLC, so it’s not official or anything from Valve, but that doesn’t stop it from being lit. - Wait for 5 seconds and then click the blue ‘download now’ button to start the download.
- Once the download is complete, right-click the .zip file and choose “Extract to”Project Borealis: Prologue” (You’ll need 7-Zip, available here).
- Open the game, and run the exe application.
- Enjoy playing! Remember to run the game as an administrator. If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs it contains.
