OVERVIEW

The Abyss Below drops you in a tiny submarine, way down in the depths of the ocean. You’re chasing a weird signal, but you can barely see anything ahead—just murky darkness pressing in. The game’s got that old-school PSX vibe, rough edges and all, which somehow makes everything creepier as you push deeper.

You don’t get a lot of clear visuals, so you end up staring at your cockpit instruments: sonar blips, the depth meter ticking down, a shaky map. Every little sound matters. Sometimes it’s just static, sometimes something way worse. You’ve got to listen carefully and trust your guts, because the ocean isn’t giving up its secrets easy.
