OVERVIEW
Yo dude check it out! The Windcape is this cool Yuri visual novel by CentChansons. It’s all about this girl Focfish, or Fisha, who gets ditched by her mom and ends up in this small town. She gets taken in by Mistie, who’s like this fireworks guru. As time rolls on, Fisha starts falling hard for Mistie, who she kinda sees as her mom, but things get all tangled up as their feelings start getting more romantic.
It is a real rollercoaster bro. Like, they’re both super lonely but find solace in each other. Fisha’s dealing with some serious abandonment issues from her past, and Mistie’s this shy, sweet lady who’s scared to love. But despite all their baggage, they’ve built this tight-knit bond over the years.
The game’s got Live2D sprites, full voice acting in Mandarin, and gorgeous illustrations. Plus, there are four different endings that’ll leave you thinking. Oh, and don’t forget the Japanese theme song, “Kyuu wo Nagameta Sakanatachi” — it really sets the mood. You may also be interested in the game Broken Lens.
