You’re sitting alone in a tiny wooden cabin, the wind howling so loud you almost have to shout to hear yourself think. Somewhere out there, a wolf lets out a lonely cry. You glance around at your supplies—barely enough, honestly. It’s hard not to remember how normal things felt before the power blinked out. Now, you just have to ask yourself: how long can you make it out here?
The Long Dark throws you into a frozen wilderness after some strange disaster, but there’s no supernatural stuff. No zombies. No monsters. It’s just you against the cold, and every day you have to use your wits, keep track of what you’ve got, and figure out how to stay alive.
