The Thing That Happened is an open-world action adventure survival game set in a post-apocalyptic world. You play as Marcus Draven, who travels to the ruined city of Jericho in search of food, supplies, and answers. When Marcus arrives in Jericho, he finds a city filled with broken buildings, overgrown plants, and an unsettling silence. The once busy city has become an empty ghost town, with only memories of its past remaining.
