BrokenLore: FOLLOW throws you right into Anne’s messed-up world, a prequel to UNFOLLOW that doesn’t hold back from showing the ugly side of social media and all those personal battles people face. You see everything through Anne’s eyes. She’s struggling with memories that won’t let go, and honestly, the pain she carries is everywhere in her life. Weird, scary things start happening, and Anne has no choice but to deal with the stuff that’s ruining her from the inside.

This game digs deep into self-acceptance, feelings of worthlessness, body image, and what it’s like to push through rough relationships. You explore Anne’s history with bullying and a rocky relationship with her mother—her mom’s intense personality just makes things even harder. The story’s packed with raw emotion and a few surprises, slowly unraveling Anne’s past and showing how everything and everyone around her shapes where she’s headed.
