Deep under the Pentagon, tucked away in a vault nobody was supposed to find, sits the Secret Technologies Protocol. This thing isn’t just hidden—it’s forbidden. If you get your hands on it, you can basically rewrite reality. Changing history, reshaping the world, running the planet however you want. It’s all up to you.
In the game, the Protocol shows up as a super-secret terminal with four tabs. Each one gives you wild control over everything. You can conjure resources—coal, oil, gas, uranium, whatever you need—from thin air. If storage limits were stopping you, now they’re gone. Need cash? Just add a pile of money to your treasury in seconds. Suddenly, the world economy bows to you, and you don’t have to worry about the fallout. You may also be interested in the game Sister Ray.

- Once the download is complete, right-click the .zip file and choose “Extract to”Countryballs: Power Protocol – Secret Technologies” (You’ll need 7-Zip, available here).
- Open the game, and run the exe application.
- Enjoy playing! Remember to run the game as an administrator. If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs it contains.
