OVERVIEW

Tashia chases after the person who attacked her and lands right in the middle of the Halfway Market—a lively, weird place tucked under a giant cotton tree. At first, she figures all she lost was her cell phone. But soon, she realizes she’s tangled up in something way bigger. Turns out, she’s smack in the middle of a murder mystery that ties her to this odd, magical world.

She starts digging for answers, trying to pin down the murderer among the market’s ghostly residents. Each ghost has a story that peeks into their lives (and how those lives ended). Players get to roam through this vibrant space, where daily life mixes with magic—checking out market stalls and gathering clues as they go. The suspects don’t stay put, either; they wander around as the day goes on, so you’ve got to come back to different spots at different times.
