Yo, bros and buddies, get ready to dive into this epic game where you can totally transform the terrain to get energy, use it to attack, or beef up your defenses. But watch out for those nasty ‘Scourge‘ entities and crazy geological stuff coming at you.

The game’s set in the Chains of Worlds, and you play as Legates, the big-time commanders of these awesome frames. You Are in charge of building up your base and leading strategic battles. As the story goes on, you switch between different Legates from various factions, giving you a bunch of different angles on the action.

Centuries after this big event called the Exodus, new coalitions are popping up, challenging the old ideals. The Return coalition, led by the Committee of Truth, wants to head back to Earth, ditching the old spirit beliefs. Then there is the Spongean Empire which thinks enhanced humans should dominate the Psychosphere instead of chasing those utopian dreams.

You will go on missions for different factions shaping the history of the Psychosphere over centuries. This massive timeline means you do not see many human characters which makes the storytelling super unique. You may also be interested in the game C.A.R.D.S. RPG: The Misty Battlefield.

Perimeter’s got a deep, complex narrative, though some parts were left out in the international version. But the community’s been working to translate and fill in the gaps. So, dude, dive into Perimeter’s world and lead your forces across the Chains of Worlds!

The game is cross-platform, working on Windows and Linux, and includes the Emperor’s Testament” add-on. It supports widescreen monitors, and you can change the resolution on the fly, even in windowed mode.

There’s full support for online multiplayer, so you and your buddies can team up or battle it out, with support for more than 4 players on special maps. The game’s got enhanced textures and models, supports custom mods, and has improved balance. All the frames from Geometry of War and Emperor’s Testament are in, plus new player colors and a bunch of minor improvements and bug fixes.
