BIRDCAGE is a fast and exciting vertical shooting game that feels like old 90s arcade games but with modern gameplay and story. You control the RADON gunship called HALCYON, which can use a wide shot, a focus shot, and its strongest weapon, the Sword. The game asks a cool question: what’s the point of bullets when you have a sword?
The game also has a deep sci-fi story set in a different future for humans. It’s inspired by games like Metal Gear Solid and talks about advanced technology, military and political conflicts, and even the human mind.
