OVERVIEW
“8AM: The Swimming Pool” drops you into this weird, uneasy quiet inside an empty public pool at night. The place is about to close. Just a handful of exhausted swimmers are left, barely moving through the water. You’re sitting by yourself in a little control room, eyes glued to some old, flickering monitors. You hear the water sloshing, fluorescent lights buzzing, and that’s it. You don’t know who hired you or why you’re even here. All you’re supposed to do is watch and stay sharp.
Time drags on, crawling closer to midnight. Then, the screens start showing things that don’t make sense. Shadows flicker in spots where nobody’s standing. Reflections twist the wrong way. The swimmers act strange, not just tired—something’s off. You can’t shake the feeling that something’s lurking under the surface, messing with their minds, slowly drawing them toward something dark you can’t quite see.
