OVERVIEW
My Winter Car picks up where My Summer Car left off, but this time, you’re trying to survive winter in first person. You start with an old, beat-up car and go from there. You hunt down parts, buy and sell what you need, and juggle your money while fixing up the car bit by bit. It’s up to you—keep it as a daily driver, tune it for rally or track racing, or go all-in and build a one-of-a-kind custom ride. If you’re the patient type, you can even restore the whole thing and get it registered as a classic.
There’s a survival twist here: if you die, that’s it. No do-overs, so you have to watch your step. You get to build the whole car, engine and all, using nearly 200 different parts. The driving feels surprisingly real since the game pays close attention to how your car and engine actually work. And you’re not stuck with just one vehicle—there are cars from the ‘60s through the ‘90s, plus a truck and a tractor if you feel like changing things up.
