OVERVIEW
The next PARANORMASIGHT story drops you right into Ise-Shima, Japan—a place wrapped up in old mermaid myths. You meet all kinds of characters, each with their own angle, trying to unravel the secrets of the Mermaids of Ise. The story jumps between their perspectives, and the choices you make push everything toward a wild finish.
On this little island called Kameshima, out in Ise Bay, Yuza Minakuchi spends his days diving for pearls with his best friend, Azami Kumoi. Then, out of nowhere, Yuza spots another version of himself underwater. That’s when the weird curses start rolling in, and the whole island gets pulled into the mess. You’ve got a mysterious girl, a treasure hunter from overseas, and a housewife poking around after a drowning. Their stories start to tangle together, and bit by bit, they dig up what’s really going on behind the old mermaid legend. You may also be interested in the game Let Her Go.
